Job Description

· Communicate with the prospective candidates by acquiring the leads from the Management/Product Manager

· Coordinate with the students and clarify the doubts which they may have and help/her through the process before reaching the office.

· Being a point of contact, maintain your relation and rapport well with the students until you direct them to the concerned counsellor.

· Cooperate with the counsellors and help them in the follow-ups which are to be made when necessary.

· Maintain an average call time and see to it that the students are counselled to the best of their interests.

· Communicate and pursue cold leads and convert them into successful prospects

· Target Potential Clients and convert potential to sales – Colleges, Corporate Offices, Universities, coaching centres.

· Maintain database by entering, verifying, and backing up data

· Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational seminars and webinars and reviewing publications

· Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

· Meet targets every month set by the management

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: Up to ₹456,669.00 per year
