Key Objectives of the Job
To support in the planning and implementation of quality training and awareness programs for both Government & non-government institutions/agencies on CSA/PSE and achieve the Outreach Target set out in the Annual Plan of Training & Advocacy division.
Major Deliverables
The major responsibilities are:
• To organize, coordinate and conduct small scale training and awareness session with Govt & private sector professionals.
• To suggest changes to existing resource materials used for TOT programme based on learning from implementation experiences (online/offline).
• To Follow-up/gather indirect data from individuals, organizations, schools, and various agencies who have attended Arpan’s trainings.
• To provide handholding support to trained teachers for further implement PSE trainings in their respective schools.
• To play support role to the Training Manager in translation of content.
• To take diligent feedback on trainings conducted, share it internally to enhance knowledge and inform program planning & execution.
• To support in creating process documents, training specific modules/ppts etc and advocacy proposals.
• To pitch with CSOs, Foundations, Corporates & other like-mined institutions for awareness & trainings programs on CSA / PSE.
Job Challenge
To be able to effectively implement training modules by adopting hybrid model of online & off-line trainings basing the request from partners.
Specialized job competencies
Understanding of the issue of CSA, ability to coordinate, plan & conduct trainings, working with people, good communication skills (oral & written) etc.
Educational Qualification
Graduation/ Post Graduation in Education, Sociology, Psychology, Child Development, Social work and other related fields.
Desired Experience
Have past work experience of conducting trainings & sensitization on CSA/PSE.
