Job Role:
Responsible for complete Learning success for the Region
Conduct New Hire Training Programs
Conduct skill based training workshop for the new and existing employees.
Evaluate employee performance to gauge where skills are lacking
Create & conduct training programs to address skill gaps in employees
Prepare learning materials for programs.
Conduct surveys to gauge the effectiveness of programs.
Research new learning methods.
Experience – At least 3 years of L&D Experience
Preferable Background – Logistics/Education
Preferable company – Byjus; Any Logistics company
Additional advantage – Knowledge of preparing SCORM/video-based content.
Languages Known – English; Hindi; Regional Language.
