Develop KNOWLDGE MANAGEMENT strategy/plan
Implement Knowledge Management Software (KMS)
Manage the Induction/on boarding process
Required Candidate profile
Graduate with full time min 3 years of work experience in Knowledge Management role with Leading BPO / SSC
Demonstrate proficiency as a Skilled Trainer
Basic process knowledge in F&A and HR Operations
