We have an opportunity for the role of L&D Manager, the details of which are given below.

Position: Manager – Learning & Developement

Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder/Account Management
• Training Need Identification and Analysis
• Design and Develop learning modules Deliver
• Deliver outcome based learning solutions.
• Conduct post program evaluation to check for impact and effectiveness of the programs delivered and present the same.
• Adhere to communication plans, work on weekly, monthly and quarterly TD reports.
• Execute and monitor progress against the planned sessions and timeline.
• Partner in preparation of various reports, presentations and dashboards.

Qualification:

• Graduation in any stream is a must.
• MBA in HR is a must.

Functional Competencies:

• Overall working experience of 10+ years and above is a must.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Learning & Development function is a must and should be currently working in the same function.
• Should have experience in the Training Domain i.e. not process training but only L&D wherein he/she should be training employees.
• Good Facilitation Skills i.e. should have experience in conducting classroom workshops and training programs.
• Good Analytical Ability i.e. should be able to analyze and understand data.
• Knowledge of ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy content design concepts would be preferred.
• Knowledge and Experience in designing and developing content would be preferred.
