Counselor
Job Title – Counselor
Department – Medical / Operations
Reports to – Medical Director / CM / HOD
Job Location – Bhubaneshwar, Miyapur (Male), Dilshuknagar, Vijayawada
Job Purpose: Counsel patients on various aspects of treatment.
Experience required: 5 – 10 yrs.
Educational Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc Counseling, Nutrition, Social work.
Remuneration: As per industry standards.
Job Responsibilities
Counsel patients on the treatment types.
Explain package details to the patients
Diet counseling as per the directions from Medical Director
Life style modification related counseling.
Conduct education and awareness programs.
Work as part of a multidisciplinary team
Support the work of other healthcare professionals in the organization.
MIS & reporting.
Skills Required
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good in problem solving.
Good in working with individuals and groups.
Patience and Empathy.
