AK IT Institute Hiring For Education Counsellor at Thane, Maharashtra Full Time

We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Education Counselor to join our IT institute. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing academic and career counseling services to our students to help them reach their full potential in the technology field. The Education Counselor will play a key role in supporting students throughout their educational journey, from initial enrollment to training completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling services to students on academic, personal, and career-related issues specific to the technology field.
• Develop and implement academic and career plans to help students achieve their goals in the technology industry.
• Evaluate student progress and provide feedback to students.
• Collaborate with instructors, administrators, and other institute personnel to provide a comprehensive support system for students.
• Stay up-to-date with current trends and best practices in technology education and counseling.
• Maintain confidential student records and manage data to track student progress and support decision-making.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an education counselor or related role in a technology-focused institute.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for helping students achieve their full potential in the technology field.
• Knowledge of current trends and best practices in technology education and counseling.
