JOB DESCRIPTION

Discussing career and educational goals with students.

Aiding in the course selection process to ensure progress toward student goals.

Displaying an interest in student development.

Identifying student strengths and weaknesses.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of institutional policies.

Using a Lead management solution to keep a record of the lead progress

Assist students in course registration.

Take end-to-end responsibility for student experience and ensure that their queries are handled & resolved immediately through emails, phone calls, etc.

Counsel students regarding educational issues such as course and program selection, class scheduling, school adjustment, truancy, study habits, and career planning.

collect course feedback from students and pass on this feedback to the relevant faculty and head of the department

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 2+ years’ experience in similar roles in education and related industries

Strong communication skills and a strong mastery of written and verbal English

Inherent ability to have engaging conversations.

Passion for education is a must.

Bachelor’s from any recognized university.

Proven Track records of Admissions.

Should have demonstrated experience in handling complex problems

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
