Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the comprehensive operations of our Hybrid Abroad Program. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing operations within a similar educational setup, demonstrating strong leadership, strategic planning, and exceptional organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Hybrid Abroad Program, ensuring a seamless integration of online and abroad components to deliver a high-quality educational experience.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance program efficiency, student satisfaction, and academic excellence. Work closely with academic staff and department heads to align program objectives with institutional goals.
• Logistics Coordination: Manage all logistical aspects of the abroad component, including travel arrangements, accommodations, and local partnerships, ensuring a safe and enriching experience for students.
• Compliance and Accreditation: Ensure the program meets all regulatory requirements and maintains accreditation standards. Stay updated with international education regulations and implement necessary compliance measures.
• Budget Management: Ensure financial sustainability and cost-effectiveness of program operations.
• Student Support Services: Oversee the provision of comprehensive support services for hybrid program students, including academic advising, career services and support, to enhance student success and well-being.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a primary liaison between students, faculty, international partners, and university administration. Foster positive relationships and open communication channels to support program objectives.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to continually assess and improve the program’s effectiveness and student learning outcomes.
• Reporting and Analytics: Regularly analyze program data to inform strategic decisions and report on program performance to senior management and relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• A minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar educational setting, specifically with hybrid abroad programs.
• Strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities in international education and online learning environments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, develop strategic plans, and lead teams effectively.
• Proficiency in using educational technology and online learning platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and adapt to changing priorities.
