Job Overview:

We are looking for a HR Intern to oversee all human resources activities and ensure they’re aligned with our business goals.

Our ideal candidates should have a basic understanding of HR practices and employee management. Ultimately, you should be able to act as a consultant on human resources management and organizational changes for your department

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assisting in planning and executing the employee engagement activities (virtual and Offline)
• Daily One on one connects with employees to understand the pulse.
• Proactively Coordinating with stakeholders and delivering their requirements.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to fulfill BU manpower requirements.
• Analyzing and creating the reports for HR and Business requirements.
• Handling Respective BU master Data.
• Manage Employee Relations and grievance redressal process

Requirements and skills:

• Demonstrated knowledge on the Human Resource field .
• Excellent written,verbal and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Result oriented and proactive in achieving outcomes.
• Excellent people management skills.
• Ability to focus on multi-tasking in a fast paced environment, High Growth environment.
• Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices.
• Attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
• Masters degree in Human Resources or related field.

Work Location: NxtWave Office (Hyderabad)

Working Days: 6 Days a week
