• Taking phone calls and describing the characteristics as well as the benefits of the Courses.
• Implement and oversee a Course guidance program that provides Clients with a safe and non-judgmental way to voice their concerns or worries.
• Learn students’ names, career objectives and other details so you can better serve them.
• Analytical ability for performing conflicting resolutions and academic advertisements.
• Addressing queries about the courses.
• Securing new clients via inbound calls, outbound calls, or email.
• Working with different departments inside the company to close additional deals.
• Getting in touch with prospective clients using their preferred mode of communication.
• Communicating Verbal acceptance of offers to sales staff for closing deals.
• Keeping track of all successful and unsuccessful sales attempts.
• Maintaining operations by adhering to policies, methodologies, and functional changes.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹14,000.00 per month
