As the Team Lead – Academic Counseling, you will be responsible for:

1. Handling the Counseling / Sr. Counseling Team (~ 5-7) in a particular city

2. The Counseling team will be responsible for:

1. Converting qualified study abroad leads into admissions (Enrolments) 2. Providing end-to-end counseling to parents and students with the right solutions for every student’s individual requirement. 3. Being a guide to students to help them build a career overseas 3. As their Team Leader you will be responsible for: 1. Ensuring Daily, Monthly, Quarterly targets of Input/Output metrics are met 2. Ensuring Last mile conversion push to the counselors in the respective city 3. Inter city travel for ensuring high degree of conversion and also setting up teams and pipeline 4. The overall effectiveness of the team 5. Meticulous note taking, record keeping, reporting and usage of the CRM software to track all leads 6. Audit periodically to ensure good health of the business 7. Be a part of special initiatives to generate Leads through various marketing.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to ₹1,300,000.00 per year
