Job Description

• Collaborate with teachers to create a child friendly, print rich and safe environment to provide a stimulating environment for the language, intellectual, social emotional and physical development of the child.
• Develop and maintain a constructive and ongoing rapport with children and their parents
• Create activities according our ECCE programme for the development of children’s linguistic, cognitive, socio-personal, physical and psychomotor skills, aesthetic and creative skills.
• Develop and implement a school readiness programme to give children an elementary idea on learning to read, write and do arithmetic in a playful, non-threatening manner, laying the foundation for development of reading, writing and number work.
• Cater to the different learning styles of different children through a child centred, balanced play and activity based program catering to individual children’s learning and emotional needs with the help of individual, small and large group activities and one to one communication.
• Mange day to day classroom activities, including structured lessons, free play, bathroom breaks, and lunch time for children

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Care and Education
• Prior experience in teaching pre-school children
• Fluency in Assamese
• Caring and nurturing attitude towards children
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of MS Word

Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In

Salary: ₹8,000.00 – ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
