EY- GDS – TAX – PAS – Workforce Advisory (WFA), Total Rewards – Manager

The opportunity
We are looking for Managers with expertise in Total Rewards to join the WFA team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a leading global professional services organisation whilst being instrumental in the growth of the WFA team.
Your key responsibilities:
Manage and grow the Total Rewards advisory services capability within the business, develop strong relations with global practices
Be a subject matter expert in one or more areas in the Rewards domain such as: Broad-based Compensation, Market Intelligence, Benefits Design, Incentive Pay Design, Job evaluation & Job Grading, Annual compensation & Incentive review
Design employee policies and employee benefit schemes for clients
Focus on improving employee performance by means of incentivization through performance and rewards program
Enable the development and growth of rewards practice
Support development of thought leadership, collaterals, tools, techniques, methodologies to enhance the Rewards organization and broader capability offering within the practice
Analyse performance metrics and provide specialty reporting and data analysis as required
Develop, review and apply global guidelines, frameworks, toolkits and methodologies that align with the business strategy and the vision of HR
Design, develop and implement end-to-end rewards program
Analyse performance metrics, provide specialty reporting and data analysis as required.
Identify trends, potential areas of non-compliance with legal requirements and opportunities for performance improvements within the rewards function
Develop, review and apply global guidelines, frameworks, toolkits and methodologies that align with the business strategy and the vision of HR
Successfully lead, motivate, coach and develop high performing individuals
Perform role of counsellor and coach, define and set goals, conduct performance reviews and ensure ongoing learning and development of the team
Implement strong people practices and policies; provide counselling support to individuals in the team for their learning and development, performance management and career growth
Drive effective client communication, cadence and build relations with client and project counterparts across global locations. Ensure to obtain excellent feedback from the client and global project counterparts

To qualify for the role, you must have
12 – 16 years of work experience in a leading consulting firm or compensation and benefits department of an organization in any industry
Large / Blue Chip experience
Involved in end-to-end rewards program – design, development and implementation
Exposure to short term and long-term incentive programs
Experienced team leader who has successfully led, motivated, coached and developed high performing teams
Complete understanding of benefits life cycle and designing of employee benefits schemes like traditional benefits, wellness programs, etc.
Ideally, you’ll also have
Complete knowledge of an organization’s job grade, pay structure, job family architecture, job evaluation and job mapping process
Ability to work with client stakeholders (middle management level) and gain support for people projects
Ability to analyse complex problems and to design and deliver insightful, practical and sustainable solutions.
Strong people management skills
Show proactiveness to solve client needs and ability to manage any ambiguity
Strong communication and presentation skills
Cross cultural awareness and sensitivity
Open to travel internationally on global projects
