We are looking for an Academic Counselor to join our team and provide comprehensive academic guidance to students. The Academic Counselor will offer individual and group counseling for students, parents, and other stakeholders. They will also be responsible for providing academic advice on course selection, career planning, college admissions, etc.

Responsibilities:

Develop individualized academic plans with students and families

Monitor student progress and provide feedback

Assist with college application process including essay writing and mock interviews

Provide information on college admissions requirements and financial aid opportunities

Develop relationships with faculty members to facilitate student success

Collaborate with school administrators to ensure a successful academic experience

Facilitate workshops related to college preparation and admissions

Maintain confidentiality of student records

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, or related field

Master’s degree in counseling preferred

Experience providing college counseling services preferred

Knowledge of current trends in college admissions process

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
