Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate applications & admissions for various courses offered at the University
• Overseas support for existing students as well as new students.
• Handle Student and Parents’ queries over Phone, e-mail & Chat Sessions
• Manage regular communication with students and parents through Mails, SMS & other mediums of communication
• Effectively manage leads allocated & maintain student communication records using CRM
• Represent University at various events, education fairs, and forums
• Generating & Handling Walk-Ins
• Building relationships with Schools / Junior colleges and Test Prep institutes in the allocated region
• Execute tasks allocated on back-end operations of Marketing & Admissions department

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduation in any field
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work on and maintain databases
• Good MS-Office working skills
• Willingness to work on weekends
• Need Overseas knowledge
