The Education team at MyCaptain is looking for a detail-oriented curriculum designer to join our team. The responsibilities include creating detailed, engaging curriculums and quality resources for our mentees enrolled in Job Assistance Programs in the Product domain : Product Management & UX/UI Design.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about education and takes ownership of the learners’ experience and outcomes. For this role, you should understand how the learning process for adult learners works and be able to lead teams of curriculum designers and content creators and own and grow key metrics that will improve the quality of learner outcomes. Experience in creating & designing curriculum, creating content and training instructors is required. We prefer candidates who have strong planning abilities, excellent understanding of instructional design, good research and communication skills.

Responsibilities In The Role

• Leading teams of Curriculum Designers & Content Creators to lead development of advance job assistance programs in fields under the marketing domain : Social Media & Digital Marketing and Content & Copy Writing
• Work with subject matter experts to come up with examples, analogies, and explanations to ensure the effectiveness of the content.
• Assess the curriculum’s effectiveness through feedback and data, and revise as needed to achieve positive outcomes from the course.
• Work with Mentors and Educators to Design Experiential Live Classes for digital environments for teaching complex skills and soft skills
• Manage Content Creation projects for creating Reading Material, Tutorial Videos & Quizzes for the course
• Induct, Train & Review Educators to improve their delivery & ability to facilitate learning of students
