W Shakti foundation Hiring For Post: – Tele counselor/Executive(Only for Female candidates) at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh Full Time

Female Candidates with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience of face to face or telephonic counseling in the field of Health (Maternal and child care/Family planning/other related areas), community service, BPOs preferred.

Educational background: Graduation/Post graduation in life sciences, Social work and other related streams, Fresher’s/Graduates with good communication skills may also apply)

Candidates should have working knowledge of MS office, Internet skills with good typing speed and accuracy.

Key responsibility areas:

· Counsellors will be required to work in both Inbound and Outbound process. They will be required to attend incoming client calls as well make outbound calls to existing/new user base.

· They would provide non judgemental telephonic counselling to callers on the topic of Women entrepreneurship skill development with special focus on digital literacy.

· Impart technically correct and complete information to client using the tools in the form of Job Aids or online software as applicable.

· Use softskills on calls to establish a relationship of trust and respect with clients; encourage them to talk about issues they feel they cannot normally share with others; actively listening to client concerns and empathising with their position; help clients towards a deeper understanding of their concerns and help them to make decisions and choices regarding possible ways forward :referring clients to other sources of help, as appropriate;

• Liaising, as necessary, with other agencies and individuals to help make changes based on the issues raised by clients.

· Maintain proper documentation on online software for data analysis and audits.

· Counsellors work in a confidential setting and listen attentively to their clients. They offer them the time; empathy and respect they need to express their feelings and perhaps understand themselves from a different perspective. The aim is reduce their confusion and enable them to cope with challenges or to make positive changes in their life where necessary.

· Honour and strictly adhere to company policies regarding Attendance, punctuality, leaves and off days.
Work as a team member to achieve common project goals and follow the defined line of communication based of organizational hierarchy

Salary: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
