Roles and Responsibilities
- Product Training for New joiners.
- Conduct new hire training.
- Conducting refresher training session & skill development programs
- Regular coaching as per training needs.
- Performance evaluation of trainees.
- Conducting Sales Training at regular intervals of time.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate with 4-6 years of experience as a trainer/sales or process trainer.
- Candidate should be open to travel.
- Should be presentable.
- Good communication skills & having good command on PPTs preparation.
Candidate should be OK for 6 days working.
