JD :-

Job Responsibilities:

Conducts training programs for all skill levels, including basic sales skills, as well as advanced

Sales techniques, Point of Sales & Captive call-center environment

Provides on the job hand holding to help the sales executives overcome objections, and teach

Consultative selling techniques.

Should identify training needs and implement centrally/regionally driven comprehensive training program and R&R initiatives for the sales staff.

Open to Travel anywhere in Delhi NCR

Must be Ready for field-based Sales Training

Must own and drive performance culture, also, provide regular performance feedback and red flag the low performers.

Must be available as a resource for various sales team members, who may need help for additional training for some various projects.

Should adhere to planned training calendar and maintain monthly dashboards & daily reports

Oversee and improves on overall grooming and presentation of the sales personals.

Must take ownership of (0-3) month’s executives in terms of

o Product, Policy & Process Knowledge

o Pitching Skills

o Productivity

o Approval rate (> OP),

o RTB (

o Application Dispatch (>target)

Qualification:

Minimum Educational Qualification: Graduate

Salary upto : 4LPA (Negotiable)

Experience:

At least two years of experience in sales and/or training/ sales Team Handling

Additional Details:

Experience in teaching sales techniques to others.

Excellent presentation and communication skills

Possess good leadership skills and should be able to motivate, teach and inspire the Sales staff.

Knowledge of basic computer software and to use them for presentation.

A professional and presentable demeanor and be well organized.
