Executive/ Sr. Executive Level 3 years of Relevant experience is required

AM Level 6-7 Years of Relevant Experience is required

Job Description:

To assist Manager Career Services to achieve department goals and enable the smooth functioning of day-to-day activities.

3. Key Accountability Strategic

• Support students for placement services through MITWPU campus.

Operational Outreach:

• Visit industry partners (including, business and HR personnel) to enable the Placements opportunities and fulfill the needs as per academic Placement calendar.

• Generate leads and strive to convert them as Placement opportunities, actively seek the support from Assistant Director – Career Services to fulfill the goals of department. MIS & Administration:

• Maintain and update the database on regular basis.

• Assist Assistant Director – Placements in providing the data on regular basis.

• Plan, organize and analyze the database to create insights for better decision making.

• Assist Manager – Career Services in creating feedback forms/ survey forms to collect feedback from employers and academic leaders. Financial and Budget

• – Collaborations

• Coordinate and assist the Manager- Career Services in meetings and interactions with industry partners.

• Seek maximum clarity from academic leaders to understand the needs Placement support.

• Actively seek the information from employers and industry partners on regular basis to provide feedback to academic leaders on students’ performance.

• Reach out the internal stakeholders and other departments to seek the required information and data which will be helpful for departmental needs. Academic

• B.Sc/BA/BBA in Marketing, business administration or relevant discipline.

• Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role.

• Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistical methods.

• Proficient in MS Office.

• Familiarity with social media and web analytics (eg. Web trends).
