About the Role

Education Counselor: For conversion of leads to admission –University Degree programs.

We are looking for an Education Counsellor with an aggressive and enthusiastic personality to carry out Sales activities.

Location : Bavdhan, Pune.

Key Roles and responsibilities : –

· Professional responsible for providing counselling and career advice to the students in order to help them choose the right course.

· Tackle different academic challenges and help them reach their academic goals.

· Coordination between the centres and the universities.

· Connecting with the students from the leads provided by the company and refer them about the courses provided by the universities.

· Counselling of all walk-ins and effective follow up with the prospects on a regular basis and converting the walk-ins into closures.

· To analyze the interests of the candidate as well as understanding his/her key skills of the candidate.

· Advising and guiding students on various career options and helping in choosing the best career option/ stream for the candidate.

· Telesales and sound understanding of the university.

· Good convincing and communication skills.

· Achieved the sales target through different marketing and advertising campaigns.

· Ability to speak in English and Hindi.

· Knowledge about distance education and online education.

2. Qualification & work experience :

· Graduation is must for this profile.

· Candidate have minimum 1 year experience as education counselor.
