Qualification and Experience:

1. First class MBA – HRM and OB or Masters in Psychology

2. Having a sound understanding of SPSS, research methodology, methods, Research tools and techniques, etc., with 1-4 years of research experience and/or pursuing Ph.D.

3. Excellent IT skills (MS Office and internet use) are a must

Job Description: Research Assistants / Associates

1) Research Support and Collaboration:

• Assisting the faculty in their research work
• Prepare literature review
• Designing research instruments
• Data collection
• Result analysis and documentation

The candidate will get the mentoring and support to initiate and purse his/her own research interests.

2) Academic Delivery:

• Assisting the faculty in preparing course outline
• Identifying and collecting reading material (from libraries and other sources)
• Devel
• oping teaching notes
• Grading of class participation
• Grading of quizzes
• Examinations, assignments, etc

Stipend – Research Assistants /Associates: – Depending on qualification, experience, merit and performance in the interview. It can range from INR30000-INR40000 per month

Duration: Appointments will be made purely on a contract basis for a period of three years (annually renewable contract and remuneration revision based on a performance review) and extendable to five years for those who register for Ph.D. (Exceptional candidates and exceptional situations would be treated differently)
