Red and White Education PVT LTD Hiring For Flutter Trainer at Ahmedabad Full Time

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  

Faculty should be responsible for all activities related to the respective  department such as teaching, scheduling demo class/regular class of different students if available.

• To Take lectures of course

• Upgrade technical knowledge through training of technical skills to match industry updated standards.

• Follow Academic department guideline and SOP ( like PTM, Students project assessment, method of teaching, No of lecture, report)

• In a week 5 days for students training and 1 day for self improvement, student’s assessment and other work.

• To Create content, material, tests for subjects related as required.

• Attend  meetings of the department/Organisation at regular intervals.

• Sorting out issues and challenges faced by students.

• Perform occasional and related duties as assigned by the Faculty head. 

• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.

• To fill, maintain, check and evaluate data and records of ERP

• To plan new events, activities to promote courses and our organization.

• Activities should be conducted inside or outside of the organization whenever required as part of academic growth.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: 

• Bachelors/Masters in Computer Application /Information Technology

• Small duration courses /digital courses related to the field would be an added advantage. 

• Must have a minimum of 1 to 2 years  work experience as Faculty, Trainer, Developer

Additional  Requirements: 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with faculties, management staff and parents of students 

• Excellent problem-solving abilities of students 

• Decision-making ability

• Excellent computer proficiency in respective technical skill

• while taking lectures, maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary  service.

• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
