Role and Responsibilities:

The role requires one to own the relationship with the customer. The right candidate would be good at communication – both verbal and written communication skills. 

The role would require you to  

• Interface with students and their parents to address their concerns
• Call prospective applicants and help them fill the application
• Make prospective students aware about the program details 
• Organise campus tours and virtual webinars about the program
• Answer queries on social media/email related to the programme 

Requirements:

• Proven inside sales experience
• Track record of over-achieving targets
• Knowledge in E-Learning from K -12 to working professional courses
• Experience working with sales tools – CRM
• Excellent English verbal and written communications skills
• You have an understanding of consumer (students and parents) behavior.
• You are enthusiastic and willing to work relentlessly to achieve and exceed business targets.
• You thrive in a fast-paced ambiguous work environment.
• You have outstanding communication skills in English and the regional language in order to interact with the target pool of clients
• You are confident and have strong presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Open to 6 days working
