WizKlub offers research-based education programs designed to develop future skills across Comprehension, Critical Thinking, and Mathematical aptitude in kids aged 6 14 years. We aim to empower kids to learn and develop comprehensive skills to solve real-world problems using practical approaches.

We have trained over 40,000 students across the world in the last 4 years. The company is now tying up with schools across India and the programs would be conducted in the WizKlub lab set up inside the school.

POSITION: – Master Trainer

• Conducting the student Demos, Teachers, and parent orientation as when planned in the region
• Performing the Audits in the assigned schools
• Account Management of the schools assigned in terms of managing the school stakeholders, SPOC

•Handling the Escalation – Level 1 from Schools

•Taking sign-off on the reports from the school stakeholders during different phases of the program

•Handle pre-designed training curriculum in the school at the time of need in the assigned schools

•Contribute to the overall execution of the program across the school by continuously monitoring the progress of the program

•Over all Master Trainer will be responsible for the smooth execution of the program in the school in coordination with the central team

Timing: 9 AM -6 PM (or as per the school timings)

Salary: 6lpa -7LPA

• Has experience in working in Edutech companies,
• Passionate about conducting training and empowering fellow trainers.

•Ready to take feedback to improve his/her teaching skills and Managerial skill on the learning & development and Delivery team. Enthusiastic and willing to work on new-aged learning skills.

•Thrive in a fast-paced ambiguous work environment.

•Have excellent communication skills in English.

• Minimum 60% in 10th/12th/UG/PG

• Graduate /Post Graduate – BSC(Computers), BCA/MCA/B.TECH -CSE, ECE & IS
