Role – Process Trainer / Product Trainer

Job location – Mohali / Gurgaon

Shift- Rotational

Desired Skills-

1- Candidate should have minimum 6 months experience as process trainer in International and Domestic BPO.

2- Should have Excellent Communication Skills.

3- Should be aware about KPIs and KRAs about training.

4- Should have experience in handling training batches.

Note- We are considering profiles only from BPO.

Salary- 4 LPA to 6LPA.
