Manager Trainer – Private Equity Hiring for Job at Gurgaon Full Time

Roles and Responsibilities

• Partner with Private Equity business leaders and operations team to design and deliver learning programs that develop key competencies in areas of Private Equity domain
• Manage, enhance, and deliver our signature boot-camp training programs for new hires across key centers globally
• Strong understanding of company profiles, industry research, financial model, DCF and LOB models and perform valuation
• Collaborate with Operations to identify training and development needs for on-role analysts, plan monthly calendar and deliver ad-hoc trainings round the year
• Identify and develop new learning content in the form of e-learning modules, presentations and learning videos that can be accessed by teams globally through our learning platform
• Monitor training quality and effectiveness and ensure the training program is aligned to the business needs of the Group, also develop new programs to meet emerging training requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of financial/ investment banking / Private equity / buy side research / experience with global clients
• Knowledge of database tool such as FactSet, Thomson, Capital IQ, Preguin & Pitchbook
• Sound financial modeling skills, quantitative skills and strong in company profile & industry research
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
