Customer Support Associate

Work Location: Bengaluru (5 days Work from Office- Manyata Tech Park)

Experience: 0 to 6 months

Notice Period: Immediate

Shift: Rotational – 24*7

Process: International Voice Process

Education:

Candidates who have completed the below minimum qualification are only applicable to hire:

10 + 2 + 2 yrs Diploma (OR)

10 + 3 yrs Diploma (OR)

10 + 2 + 3 yrs Degree

Desired skills:

  • Candidate should have good communication skill
  • Comfortable to work in rotational shift
  • Should have basic understanding of MS Office, email clients. Typing speed of 35 words per minute with a 80% accuracy preferable
  • Should be a good team player and open to feedback and learning

Please note: Candidate’s profile can be taken ahead only if the candidate has all Academic Certificates and Marksheets.
