• Provide coordination of service delivery, supervision and support for staff providing therapeutic services to clients
• Managing the day to day function of the team including the allocation, assessment, prioritisation, and counselling.
• Support the Clinical Services Manager and Director to develop and implement a comprehensive plan to deliver services to clients
• Coordinate the community services education and community engagement activities of the agency in collaboration with the Clinical Services Manager and Director
• Day to day line management tasks
• Carry a small counselling case load
• Minimum 5 years experience into academic counselling
• Excellent communication skills

Salary: ₹34,000.00 – ₹60,000.00 per month
