Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager at FirstCry.com located in Pune. Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day store operations, managing customer satisfaction and service, ensuring effective communication within the team, maintaining store management procedures, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies. The Store Manager will also be responsible for managing inventory, recruiting and managing staff, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications

- Store Management experience
- Experience in Retail Loss Prevention
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Bachelor’s degree
Additional qualifications that would be beneficial include experience in the retail industry, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong analytical skills.
