Job Location: Vadodara, Bangalore

Job Timings: 6 PM to 4 AM IST (EST Zone)

Job Scope:

The person will support initiatives related to behavioral training starting from Training Need, and Identification to designing and delivering the said modules independently. The primary responsibility will be to provide end-to-end behavioral training to new and existing employees of the organization. The person will play a vital role in various change initiatives and new programs. H/She will also be involved in understanding & conducting needs analysis, content development, and professional effectiveness programs.

Key Responsibility Areas:

A. Training Administration 10%

• Coordinate onsite and offsite classroom and web conference training, including scheduling, participant registration, confirmation, etc.
• Responsible for training material production/distribution to learners.
• Perform other L&D-related tasks as assigned.

B. End to End training delivery 80%

• Planning and executing assigned training and development programs and projects; responsible for the development, coordination, and facilitation of behavioral training.
• Creating a learning program based on the training process TNI to program delivery.
• Deliver content using VAK methodology in a variety of formats, including classroom, web conference, and blended learning programs
• Track evaluation metrics to measure and report on the effectiveness of learning initiatives and learner performance.
• Evaluate and assess the effectiveness and quality of training materials and content.
• Support various behavioral-related training org-wide.

C. Client Management 10%

• Managing client expectations with regard to training calendarization
• Meeting client expectations about training delivery.
• Build strong relationships, partnering with key stakeholders throughout the organization to align learning with business objectives

Required Skills:

• Total Experience of around 6 to 8 years in behavioral training delivery (end-to-end)
• Significant experience with effective learning and development methods
• Experience in handling large projects
• Good knowledge of e-learning platforms and practices
• Must have training delivery experience for various audiences.

Preferred Skills:

• Additional degrees, certifications, and qualifications in training or OD.
• TTT certification from any reputed organization
• Experience in handling a team would be an added advantage
