Job Description:

• Aligns departments with the organizations mission, vision, and values.
• Acts as a liaison between employees and other C-level executives.
• Sets the tone for communication across the company.
• Communicates the companys culture goals through internal communications, staff meetings, and one-on-ones.
• A bachelor’s degree in Communication or related certification program.
• At least 3 years of experience in Communication and/or Culture Language training ideally in a BPO company
• Candidates must exhibit competence in communicating, facilitating and presenting training-related functions to different audiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong graphic design ability.
• Thorough understanding of training processes.
• Ability to moderate large groups.
• Extremely organized and detail oriented.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
