Job Overview:

The position requires the candidate visit school branches around the city and out of town (if willing to) to observe classes (focusing on students learning), communicate with teachers and coordinators, train them and create content for assigned grades.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Implementation (Primary Task):

• Responsible for 5 to 6 branches
• Observe 6 financial literacy classes per day.
• Design and conduct training programs
• Communicate with teachers, coordinators and Principals on regular basis.
• Research on teaching and learning methodology.
• Record teaching methodology and training videos.
• Teach whenever required to test new methodologies.
• Analyze various data points to interpret student learning and school progress.

Content (Secondary Task):

• Write Instructional and activity-based content.
• Research on current pedagogy in the educational world.
• Create assessment papers.
• Write and design study guides and workbooks.

Qualifications:

• Preferably primary and secondary grades teaching experience
• A Bachelor’s/ Master’s in Commerce/ Finance/Humanities/Education
• Technologically Savvy
• Should be a team player and have a passion for learning and teaching
• Excellent communication skills
• Location: Bangalore
