Job Role:

§  Resolution of Recovery Portfolio – Personal Loan – Unsecured

§  Chalking out the various possible strategies of recoveries of NPA accounts,

§  Appointment of Collection agencies, Skip tracing agencies, Agency performance monitoring

§  Mentoring Collection Agents / DRAs.

§  Exploring the various legal alternatives available and assisting.

§  Consistently and effectively follow up and negotiating with the customers.

§  Laisoning with Lawyers, Economics Offence authorities, police and other statutory authorities.

§  Attendance in court on regular basis handling legal cases.

§  Facilitating effective liquidation of collateral assets of securities of the borrower.

§  Preparing the MIS  for daily receivables and reporting the same to  HO office

§  P&L of the Branch

§  Litigation cases, arbitration, Sec.138 cases, Against cases of company, Fraud cases, Drafting contracts & corporate compliance. Currently handling SARFAESI Cases, Drafting & Vetting of Loan documents, Legal notices, NPA recovery & Auction cases 

Job Requirements:

·         Excellent written and oral communication skills

§  Knowledge of Collection – Recoveries and Write off portfolio

§  3 – 5 years of experience in Banks / NBFCs

§  Agency Management expertise

§  DRA Management expertise

§  Knowledge of Legal Collection tools.

§  Knowledge of Local legal procedure.

§  Drive for Results

§  Effective communication skill

§  Ability to work on multiple tasks

§  Having good contacts in local Police authorities and local corporates

§  Team player, Passionate, energetic , fast learner & a game changer

§  Ready to accept challenges & innovative thinker.

§  Good computer skills.
