Mainframe Development and Support- Rotational Shifts

About the team:

In today’s competitive private equity market, organizations must deliver superior returns while also meeting reporting requirements and demands for information. There is increasing pressure to do more, requiring a clear technology strategy for growth and performance.

What you will be doing:

• Install, maintain, and support application/source code and its components.
• Detect, diagnose, and report related problems.
• Analyze and resolve incidents, problems, or known errors.
• Provide technical assistance to programming staff.
• Create and maintain documentation related to application software support.
• Provide twenty-four-hour support for applications.

What you bring:

• 3 to 12 years of experience in Mainframe Development and Enhancement.
• Strong technical knowledge in COBOL, DB2, VSAM, CICS, JCL.
• Excellent problem-solving, team, and time management skills.
• Good knowledge in Cards & Payments domain.
• Willingness to work in a Support role.
• Willingness to work in Rotational Shifts (24/7).

Added bonus if you have:

• Payments and/or Banking domain experience.
• Automation experience.
• Experience in the Financial Services industry.
• Knowledge of Base2000, TBS & P1C products.
• Experience with Incident Management tools like ServiceNow.
