JOB Description :-

• Lead the team of education counsellors in providing high-quality advising services to international students
• Team Handling experience /Sales Process team handling
• Collaborate with manager and team to compliance with relevant regulations and policies
• Maintain and develop partnerships with overseas institutions and organizations
• Plan and oversee international travel arrangements for students and staff
• Meet Allotted Individual & Team targets ( Leads)
• Resolve escalations and ensure a smooth student journey
• Conduct Training sessions & help build a world-class team of counsellors
• Maintain high Satisfaction Ratings
• Report to the manager about all details
• Implement Organizational Values, Goals & objectives within the team
• Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to achieve set targets
• Identify, analyze and rectify operational issues in coordination with immediate supervisors
