Client of Global Services Hiring for Academic Counselor Job at India Full Time

The organisation is well known international education consultant operating in India for last 32 years having its head office in Kolkata, India. The Admissions Counselor is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the admission process of students, as well as providing administrative support to the Head of Operations.

Organizational Support

• Present a professional, welcoming first contact to all clients and staff. – by phone, in person, and email. Responsibility for development & implementation of efficient office systems.
• Responsible for organizational functions and general meeting support: including arranging, follow up calls, maintaining office space schedules, copying and scanning documents
• Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail, shipping and receiving documents
• Providing information to students regularly on overseas admissions and maintaining enquiry records.

Qualifications

• Masters degree with excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proactive, helpful, can-do attitude
• Flexibility to adjust to dynamic work environment
• Should be excellent in English communication (Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking).
• Neat, organized, able to work independently and interdependently, welcoming to the public
• Computer literate including Microsoft office packages (spreadsheets, word processing, e-mail, web). Knowledge of desk top publishing will be an added advantage.

Salary: ₹236,590.00 – ₹381,160.00 per year
