The Student Counselor will be providing information, advice, support and processing of applications for students seeking admission to universities and colleges abroad. Will have to work on specific targets set by the management and the performance will be judged on the same. The ideal candidate must have a strong interest in working with people and be highly motivated, and result-orientated with a strong interest in counselling and marketing.

Responsibilities: – · Respond to walk-in enquiries and enquiries via phone, email and CRM promptly, with accurate and relevant information. ·

Counsel prospective students to identify appropriate study options including suitable courses and universities abroad thereby ensuring effective use of counselling time

To ensure that all the information provided by the student is accurate and correct, prepare and check all legal documents.

To have an efficient mail communication with students, universities and 3rd parties

Support the student throughout the admission process.

Execution of the said tasks without any errors.

Best team worker, supporting colleagues and contributing positively to overall team’s success

Help students in filling out the application form, and preparing financial and visa documents.

To review students’ documents carefully to proceed for next stage.

Prepare the student for the visa interview.

Help students draft resumes, SoP (Statements of Purpose) and LoR (Letter of Recommendation) for higher education abroad.

Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Experience:

• Student Counsellor: 2 year (Preferred)

Location: Hope College , Peelamedu, Coimbatore-641004

Timing: 10.30am-7.30pm
