Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Handling the entire process related to admission starting from enquiry to counselling till enrollment.

· Interaction with parents and students.

· Handling Front office and counsel the students.

· Monitoring and evaluating all the admission related reports as under:

– Admissions Status Report

– Admissions Projection Report for the next month

– ERP Reports

– Report of Drop Outs/ Drop out Processing.

– Various Track Sheets

– IVR Calling Reports

Qualification: Any Graduate / Post Graduate

Desired Candidate Profile:

· Candidate with good communication skills from relevant industry are preferred.

· Candidate must be open to work on weekends, as he/she may get their week off assigned on a weekday.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Counseling through Data Calling, chat, e-mail and prospective students walk-in. – Advise students on specific degree programs and admission procedures. – Guide students on sense of accountability & highest opportunities for academic success. – Collect the feedback from the participants and consolidate the same – Handling queries over telephone and walk-ins – Converting leads into admissions. – Should be Fluent in English & Hindi communication

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
