JOB DECSRIPTION

Job Title (Designation) : Marketing & Admissions

Job Summary : Achieve Calling/Admission targets, Active involvement in Marketing Activities

Job Responsibilities :

1. Keep track of enquiries from various modes like emails, telephone and

direct enquiries/ walk ins for the admission.

2. Maintaining the database record of the prospect students made during

education fairs/exhibition so that feedback can be taken.

3. Frequent callings on admissions database.

4. Providing information about various scenarios of the Institute to the

prospect students and counseling them through telephone, emails, walk-

in etc.

5. Active participation in other activities related to Admissions or any other

events of the Institute in Campus and outside the campus.

6. Record keeping of the documents related to Admission department.

7. Maintaining a productive work environment.

8. Any other duties as assigned.

Skills Set : a) Good Communication Skills b) Capable of drafting official letters.

c) Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy. d) Highly organized and flexible in terms of timings. e) Ability to multitask. f) Ready to Travel g) Convincing ability. h) Ability to handle pressure.
