Roles and Responsibilities: Help your mentor teacher to design innovative Lesson Plans Co-teach/ teach in your Mentor Teachers classesHelp in conducting regular assessments to monitor learning and give feedback to students Assist your Mentor with any student-parent communication and relationshipsWith your Mentor, advise nearly 15-20 students throughout the internship.Ensure these students have strong study habits, high attendance, and the drive to excelBenefits: A platform to develop and refine skills in instructional design, planning, and implementation.A dedicated mentor to coach you as a teacher.An opportunity to work with a diverse group of people to develop your leadership skills.Develop your professional skills by participating in different workshops and learning through peer programs.A certificate of completion and a recommendation letter (possible)Work hours: 25 hours/ week Duration of Internship Minimum – 3 months
