Roles and Responsibilities

• Calling the students and explaining them about the programs and courses offered by the Company.
• Regular Follow up with Students/Parents for driving walk- ins to the Academy.
• Providing information to students or parents about various courses and career options.
• Ensuring all the follow ups and details are updated in CRM
• Preparing student or parent data and providing information over the phone
• Responsible for the achievement of Monthly Walk- in target
• Maintain and manage the application database at all times and keep them updated. To provide all the required administrative support to all the departments at all times and adhere to strict guidelines while performing the same.
• Undertaking project work as decided by the office manager, senior heads or the director of Indian operations and attending the university training & workshops.
• To adhere to Data Protection principles, maintain confidentiality at all times, and ensure that student information is shared with external sources.

Note: This Role does not include any Sales, But Abroad education counselors have to ensure that the desired number of Walkins are generated monthly.

Location – Marthahalli, Indiranagar
