• Counsel the students and guide them with the right career options. * We are seeking a qualified Guidance Counsellor to support and educate students through a well prepared counselling program * Ensure to meet the sales/ revenue targets set for the branch. * Create sales pipeline & convert leads to meet and exceed targets * Complete daily goals through outbound calls on allocated leads * Handling outbound calls/inbound calls to explain about the product/courses. * Must have convincing skills. * Excellent communication skills * Basic Knowledge of computers * Proven experience as a Guidance Counsellor * Handling Leads * . Making calls and explaining the prospects regarding our courses * Telephonic follow up of inquiries for getting them online demos * . Converting leads into admission

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹10,000.00 per month
