Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle the end to end admission process.
• Cold Calling Experience / Outbound Dialling
• First point of contact to connect with Students for Counselling
• Career Counselling for prospective applicants and their parents, both over the phone emails, and in-Person if required, during the admission process
• Entitled for Telephonic Counselling, Video Counselling if required.
• Guiding students to choose the right course/ Programs based on their Interests.
• Regular follow up with leads
• Converting leads and inquiries to successful Admissions/Registrations
• Supporting sales team during campus admission during admission season
• Developing & maintaining relationships with existing & prospective students/parents.
• The process involves counselling the students; follow-up with the student, solving the student queries and handling the registrations
• Generating leads at various forums to build a funnel in achieving your desired goals.
• Dedicated to working smartly to achieve targets.
• Any other assignments from the management time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹22,000.00 per month
