LOOKING FOR IMMEDIATE JOINERS

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Must have written UPSC CSE Mains at least once (Marksheet Proof Mandatory)
• Counsel potential aspirants, helping them plan and understand how JV’s IAS can catalyse their IAS preparation.
• Carry out weekly enrolments/revenue targets.
• Should be accountable for closing the life cycle for leads assigned to you. It includes making phone/video calls, course demonstrations, admission formalities, and post-admission grievance management.
• Preferably a person with some teaching experience.
• Chart out career and educational goals with students.
• Create an interest in student development.
• Identify student strengths and weaknesses.
• To resolve their doubts and give them feedback on tests.
• Connecting students with resources, such as counsellors or tutors.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of institutional policies.
• Cold- Calling to the students and generating leads.

What are the KPIs:

• Call, Counsel, and conversion targets to be met consistently.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate with minimum 1-year work experience in similar profile (academic counseling). Candidates with UPSC (preparation) background shall be given preference.
• Individual with excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Guide Civil Services aspirants in all the subjects through video calls or normal calls.
• Great listeners and trustworthy individuals who can bond well with potential aspirants.
• Sales bent of mind, to understand and effectively communicate what JV’s IAS is offering to its prospective learners and achieve revenue targets.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office & MS Excel is required.
• Should know how to maintain reports and data of students.
• Strong Convincing skills are a must.
