• The Role: Social Media Marketing Manager – In this role, you’ll be working closely with the Founder to create a digital marketing strategy for IML and execute it end-to end. You’ll be responsible for building new user acquisition channels and get organic, paid, & partner traffic to IML, leading to more leads and hence, sales.
• Location: The position is in our New Delhi office (near Aerocity), and the ideal candidate will be living in the Delhi/NCR region or willing to move to Delhi/NCR.
• Pay: 7-12 LPA depending on your skills & work experience.
• Hours: This is a full-time position.

We are growing rapidly on YouTube and Instagram and changing a lot of lives in the process, and now are looking to increase our online presence by adding more social media platforms and more user acquisition channels.

What Kind Of Qualifications Do You Need?

• You have at least 3-7 years of experience of successfully being a Social Media/Marketing Manager, with a proven track record of building user acquisition channels and managing digital marketing for brands.
• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• A strong understanding of all digital marketing strategies, funnels, softwares, automation, and social media platforms.
• Knowledge of how to repurpose 1 pillar piece of content into multiple pieces of content to be distributed across social media platforms.
• A strong understanding of both text and video-based content.
• Last but certainly not least, you have a proven track record of driving success and tangible results in your career.

Some of the Specific Role Functions:

• Build an “Organic Content Machine” and help increase brand presence of IML by adding new social media platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Blog, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, Quora, Snapchat, Email List, WhatsApp and Pinterest.
• Assist the Founder in developing a digital marketing strategy for IML across all platforms.
• Execute the marketing strategy and content calendar for the brand across all social media platforms.
• Hire, manage, and train a social media team of creatives and freelancers to make sure work is delivered on time. (Team of video editors, copywriters, graphic designers, etc.)
• Repurpose pillar content and turn it into multiple pieces of long/short form and video/text content to post to all the platforms.
• Develop a clear brand message and identity. Ensuring all marketing messages are coherent and error-free.
• A deep understanding of copywriting and video marketing.
• Help grow IML’s social media presence across the web.
• Respond and engage with customers, followers, and all inbound messages.
• Establish relationships with social media influencers to collaborate with on social media content.
• Identify brands and partners to collaborate with for Brand deals/ Affiliate Marketing.
• Communicate effectively to all stakeholders including senior management and content developers.
• Review analytics, and come up with ideas to improve the results for various marketing activity. (Always testing, and optimizing.)
