STEM teachers educate students in science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics. Their duties include developing the STEM curriculum, planning daily lessons, conducting online classes, and measuring learner progress. We are seeking a great communicator with excellent interpersonal skills for the role of a STEM teacher. The STEM teacher will be responsible for developing learning activities and hands-on material, tending to individual student needs, and communicating regularly with parents.
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Developing STEM curriculum
2. Planning daily lessons
3. Conducting online STEM class
4. Adopting a data-driven attitude towards measuring learner progress
5. Developing STEM learning activities and hands-on material for classes
6. Attending to individual student needs
7. Demonstrating an awareness of different student backgrounds and cultures
8. Communicating regularly with parents
9. Providing extra support to students who need it
10. Monitoring student growth to identify strengths and areas for improvement
11. Using learner data to constantly refine your curriculum
12. Providing regular feedback to students
