We are looking for a committed counsellor for our Delhi branch. The required skills and responsibilities are as follows:

Responsibilities:

• Reach out to customer leads pan India through calling for jobs and admissions
• Advance the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Provide career counselling and career development sessions for students
• Develop positive working relationships with faculty, administration, and co-workers to achieve desired goals.
• Coordinate with academic teams to help students in making career choices based on their academic Interests.
• Maintain a database of student academic records, qualifications and skills.
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

Requirements:

• English communication is a must
• Graduate with 6 months to 1 year of sales experience in the education sector.
• Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
• Time management and organizational skills
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
