Admission Counsellor

Job responsibilities:

• Deep understanding of various courses and career options.
• Advising students with information related to different programs and guiding them in the right direction for their educational advancement.
• Ability to explain various options and compare against each other to help the student make the right choice.
• Connecting with students and their parents and helping them with planning their education journey and benefits along with budget and other information.
• Counselling students regarding the country and university selection and also preparing follow-up and monitoring progress for all the students assigned.
• Prepare, enter data into the software, and ensure its accuracy.
• Responding to information requests from authorised members.
• Filling and assessing student applications.
• Prepare documents, process mail, and answer telephones.
• Motivated to reach targets assigned on weekly and monthly basis.

Experience and Skills:

• Strong communication skills in English/Hindi/Telugu is needed.
• Experience of 2+ years in related role in counselling or sales.
• Track record of achieving targets and motivated to grab all incentives by working diligently.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month

Incentives:

• Very good incentive structure for every conversion closed.
• Monthly incentive scheme.

Schedule:

• Day shift
• During peak season for admissions, might need to stretch a few hours in evening.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Need to commute to office daily at Mehdipatnam.

Part-time hours: 40 per week

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
